How do I place an order?
Please visit www.purplepursecharm.com for a link to our Charm and Sock site. Add the desired items to your shopping cart and click “SUBMIT ORDER”. Make sure you have filled in all required information, such as billing and shipping. Complete credit card information will be required to place your order (CVV code and expiration date). VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
What information should I include on my order?

Complete all information on the order form pertaining to the quantity of Purple Purse items you are ordering. Please indicate the quantity and credit card information.

Please give accurate and complete shipping information, including your street address or P.O. Box and zip code. If applicable, include your suite/apartment number.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. The exceptions are deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, which will be made via USPS.
Can an order from an international address be placed?
At this time, we do not accept international orders. Any shipping address that is not located in the United States will be marked as invalid during the address verification step, and the order will not process.
When will my items be delivered?
Orders will be shipped and delivered within 3 weeks of ordering. Rush or expedited shipping is not available.

When will my credit card be billed?
Please note that your credit card will be charged by Summit Group, LLC.
Your credit card will be processed immediately after your submit your order and check out.
Will I receive a receipt for tax purposes?
You will receive an order confirmation email with the complete order summary and the total amount charged to your card(s), including dollar amount of purchase paid, which is tax deductible.

What is the National Network to End Domestic Violence?
The National Network to End Domestic Violence, a national 501(c)(3) organization, is collaborating with the Allstate Foundation on Allstate Foundation Purple Purse. NNEDV is dedicated to creating a social, political, and economic environment in which violence against women no longer exists. NNEDV is the leading voice for domestic violence victims and their advocates in the United States. Since 2005, NNEDV’s Economic Justice Project has proudly partnered with the Allstate Foundation to assist survivors of domestic violence to move from short term safety to long term economic security. Where will the proceeds of the sales of Charms and Socks go?
All proceeds from the sale of Purple Purse Charms and Socks on this site will be directed to the National Network to End Domestic Violence, which will evenly disburse funds among the more than 100 nonprofit organizations that service domestic violence survivors who have qualified for this program.
What is the Allstate Foundation Purple Purse Challenge?
Each October, hundreds of state, local and national nonprofits participate in the Purple Purse Challenge, a friendly fund-raising competition. The more donations each nonprofit receives, the more it can compete for Allstate Foundation incentive funding. Visit PurplePurse.com during Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October to donate to the Challenge and help bring critical funding to a nonprofit near you. Donations are also excepted year round.
Who is the Purple Purse ambassador?
In 2017, tennis champion, entrepreneur and philanthropist Serena Williams joined our team as the new Purple Purse ambassador. Leveraging her strong influence, Serena has helped raise awareness of domestic violence and financial abuse and has enabled Purple Purse to reach wider audiences through social media and speaking engagements.
